On 23 June 2020 the IHR Parliament, Politics and People seminar will be a hosting a virtual seminar via Zoom with Mark Frankel (University of Birmingham). Mark will be answering questions on his paper and blog: ‘Thomas Edmund Harvey, Politician of Conscience’. The paper is part of Mark’s wider PhD research into Thomas Edmund Harvey (1875-1955).
