Biography

During the late 1460s Walsh’s recently widowed daughter-in-law, Joan, began a suit in Chancery for the recovery of farmland and tenements in Ockley and Ewhurst, which he had settled upon a number of Guildford men as feoffees holding in trust for his own use and that of his heirs. Despite the apparent value of the property involved, nothing else is known of the MP’s activities.
