Biography

No man of this name appears in the surviving records of Totnes, but he may well have been the John Warwick who, in June 1396, had been appointed to serve on a royal commission investigating the maladministration of the Cornish estates of Tywardreath priory, for that house was sister to the priory of Totnes.
