Biography

Owning property in Derbyshire, Worcestershire, and Coventry,2 Bayley was returned for Derby unopposed in succession to William Stanhope, who was absent in Spain. He did not stand in 1727, when Stanhope, having returned to England, resumed his seat. He died 24 Oct. 1734.
