Biography

Elwill was returned by his brother-in-law, Lord Onslow, classed as a government supporter. In the 2nd Lord Egmont’s electoral survey, c.1749-50, he is described as a possible supporter of Frederick’s future government.

He died 1 Mar. 1778.
