Biography

In October 1784 Hill was returned for Shrewsbury unopposed, as a follower of Pitt with whom he voted over parliamentary reform, 18 Apr. 1785, and during the Regency crisis. There is no record of his having spoken in the House before the dissolution in 1790.  He died 21 May 1824.
