Josiah Wedgwood and the defence of democracy

In 2018 to mark the 75th anniversary of the death of Colonel Josiah Clement Wedgwood the History of Parliament Trust and UK Parliament Works of Art Committee curated an exhibition about his life and career. Thanks to Heritage Lottery funding we were able to tour a version of the exhibition in and around Wedgwood's former constituency of Newcastle-under-Lyme. Click the link below to view the digital version of the exhibition.
