Rugby 1722-6; Westminster 1726-31. m. 18 May 1736, Lady Mary Booth, da. and h. of George, 2nd Earl of Warrington, 3s. 2d. suc. fa. as 4th Earl of Stamford 16 Nov. 1739.

Offices Held


Returned for Leicestershire as an opposition Whig at a by-election in 1738, Grey voted against the Government on the Spanish convention on 8 Mar. 1739, succeeding to the peerage eight months later. He died 30 May 1768.
