Biography
Brought in successively for Midhurst by the Duke of Somerset, for Penryn by Richard Edgcumbe, and for Horsham by the 7th Viscount Irwin at the request of the Duke of Newcastle,1 Mill voted consistently with the Administration. Retiring in 1747, he died 16 May 1760.
