Biography

In Dupplin’s lists of 1754 Morgan is classed as a follower of his cousin, Lord Hartington. He does not appear in Fox’s list of Members favourable to the peace preliminaries, December 1762, and was absent from the divisions.1 There is no report of his having spoken in the House.  He died 16 July 1763.2
