Biography
It seems likely that Gregory came from a Lostwithiel family, one of whose members, Gerard Aure, had represented the borough in Parliament in 1338. In 1407, the year after his only known election to Parliament, Aure stood surety in Chancery for Richard Alet, Member for Bodmin at the same time.
