Biography

Charles (Lockhart) Ross was brought in for Tain Burghs with Government support, in opposition to his namesake Gen. Charles Ross. He voted with the ministry on the Regency question; he is not known to have spoken during his first Parliament.

He died 8 Feb. 1814.
